Drive-In Movie Night:The Adventures of Tintin. Rated PG. A Drive-In Movie at the Library? That’s right, we’ll bring the popcorn, you bring the car! Use a large cardboard box to create a cool car, truck, plane or other vehicle. Using common craft materials like paper plates and plastic cups, paint or decorate it and add wheels, headlights, a custom license plate and whatever you can dream up. Then bring your car to the library tonight, and a pillow to sit on, and watch the movie from your very own car! Even if you don’t make a car, you can come to the movie anyway. In tonight’s movie Tintin and his fiercely loyal dog Snowy discover a model ship carrying an explosive secret. Drawn into a centuries-old mystery, Tintin finds himself in the sightlines of a diabolical villain who believes Tintin has stolen a priceless treasure. Children 9 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
